We are really happy you are showing the first step to setting goals and achieving them. We want to work with you here at Living Proof Martial Arts & Fitness to help you take in all the benefits of Taekwondo. 

To get you prepared for your evaluation, please show up with athletic clothing (something you can move around in easily that is not restricting), a bottle of water, and a smile on your face. We look forward to officially meeting you! See you soon!
