We specialize in Traditional Taekwondo and Olympic Sport Taekwondo. All students will receive the highest level of training from our certified instructors. Master James Howe II who is a 4th-degree Black belt has over 25 years of Taekwondo training. He is a former US National Team Member who has competed on some of the biggest stages in the sport representing the United States proudly. Our mission is to equip each student with the right skills and tools to not only become a Champion in Taekwondo but more importantly, Champions in Life. We provide the foundation, YOU become the Living Proof.

Coach David "Dave" Ziganay

Coach Dave, who currently holds a 2nd Dan Black Belt, is a lifelong martial artist with experience in many martial art styles from Tang Soo Do, to Filipino Martial Arts, to Kukki (Olympic) Style Taekwondo. A certified coach with qualifications from USA TKD and World Taekwondo, Coach Dave has prepared and supported athletes competing at National and International levels.
